Fawn MCK Brodie was born on the 15th of September 1915 in Ogden Utah. Fawn MCKAY, who was raised in the Mormon Church's First Family, employed her creative talents and expertise in research to write the fascinating psycho-historical biographical biography of Joseph Smith. Published in 1945 under the title No Man is a Master of My History, she used both. The title is derived from an 1844 funeral sermon preached by Joseph Smith, the Church of Latter-Day Saints' founder. No one has ever heard of my life. It's impossible for me to reveal it. The 29-year-old wrote Fawn in this moment of honesty, more than three writers have picked up the challenge. A lot of them have denigrated him and some have deified him; some have even experimented with clinical diagnosis it is not the fact that these documents lack information, it is rather that they're in complete contradiction. This is the task--sifting out first-hand testimony from third hand fraud and then blending Mormon and non-Mormon narratives into a mosaic of credible historical facts. It is both interesting and an eye-opener. Fawn Brodie's life as a professional was committed to this cause. Thaddeus Stevens. Stevens is immortalized in her writing and by the results of her studies. The DevilDrives. Thomas Jefferson. Richard Nixon and An Intimate historical history (1974).
