Sundar Pichai

Sundar PichaiPichai Sundararajan, better known as Sundar Picha is an Indian-American business executive. He is the chief executive officers (CEOs) of Alphabet Inc., its subsidiary Google and was born in Madurai in India.[4Pichai obtained his degree in metallurgical engineering from IIT Kharagpur. He earned an M.S. in the United States after moving to the United States. He obtained a master's degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Stanford University. He also received an MBA from Wharton School of Pennsylvania. After a brief stint with McKinsey, Pichai moved to Google in 2004. In Google, he was responsible for the creation of Google Drive as well as the management of products and innovations. Pichai also supervised the development of Google Maps, Gmail, as well as other applications. Pichai announced in the year 2010 that Google had made the video codec VP8 open-source and had also launched WebM which is a brand new video format. In 2012 the Chromebook was launched. In 2013 Pichai included Android to the catalog of Google products that he was responsible for.
